HISTORY by Tony Howe:
The NO&NE employee timetable listed a flag stop at Davis Mill Number 1 in March 1889. The name was changed to Red Top in the December 1892 timetable, even though it had a post office briefly from 1887 to 1890. INDUSTRY - J. P. Davis- sawmill 1887-1890 Hatten Brothers Lumber Co.- 1907-08
